Week 6 Of Weight Training: On Time And Still Going

This time around I didn’t forget to weigh myself on schedule and once again, I’m another pound lighter (234 lbs). Things are going as good as expected.  Don’t want to sound repetitive so I’ll just keep this short. I’m definitely feeling lighter and my clothes are getting looser so the results are really showing. I’m feeling more energetic, my spirits are up and I’m motivated to keep at it.
