You are probably wondering where is the weekly post where I post my weigh-in results (well probably not but I think I got a good routine going with this). There’s a simple answer to that. I forgot to weigh myself. I woke up uncharacteristically early this Sunday Morning and was going about my day like it was Monday. It wasn’t until I had my first bite of cereal that it dawned on me what day it really was and what was my weekly routine.
Consequently, I’ll be weighing myself tomorrow instead. Got to keep the same weigh-in conditions in place (unshowered with an empty stomach), otherwise I’ll question the weight difference. Until tomorrow.
